The Hudson Valley community welcomed our business this weekend with open arms. We had the pleasure of meeting many locals, business owners and making new friends. The interior design by rStudio, of our Flagship was truly appreciated and praised throughout the entire day, especially our hand painted mural done by our very own Birgit Larson. We had many customers immediately walk into the store saying how lovely the smell was. One of our oldest customer even stated ‘When the wind blows it smells like Minetto’ which was a lovely ode to our old factory in Minetto, NY.
Mayor Casale of Beacon, and Rick Brownell presented our Ribbon Cutting for the Beacon Chamber of Commerce. I was able to talk a bit about our brand and the future of our company. The community had many questions about our products and luckily enough we had all of our staff there for additional support.
Gary did a quick tutorial on how we make our soap, and actually made a batch of our Organic Rose soap outside in the sunshine. The smell of Rose blew around with the wind!

We also were able to pick the winners of our soap wrapping contest! This was the most fun as the panel of judges picked the bars they felt were the best. We have announced the winners on our Instagram page.
After today it truly felt as if we were home. Thank you Beacon!
