For applying to small area on skin : Rub your finger(s) over the balm to warm and coat your fingers. Gentle rub onto area of distressed skin.

For applying to a larger area on skin: Push the outer edge of your fingernail into the balm to scoop a desired amount, warm up and soften. Apply to area of distressed skin.
