Delivery

All orders are carefully packed by our team at the SallyeAnder Workshop and shipped from Beacon, NY.

• Processing Time: Most orders ship within 3 business days (Monday–Friday) but may take longer during peak ordering times (for example, during holiday times or other large promotions).

• Domestic Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $55 (for contiguous states). Orders under $55 ship at standard USPS rates. Sometimes our Free Shipping rate may lower during promotions.

• International Shipping: UPS calculates international shipping rates at checkout for delivery outside the U.S.

• Shipping Confirmation: Please ensure your email is correct at checkout — tracking updates and order details will be sent to the email you provide.

• Delivery Issues: Once your order has shipped, any delivery delays or lost packages are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. We’ll assist with tracking and claims where possible, but we’re not liable for delays outside our control.
