I am happy with using the lip balm, however, was very disappointed when I opened each one and they were not completely full of product. Each container was concave and had a hole in it where the plastic rod is in the middle of the lip balm. I felt that the price of these warrants a container completely full of product. It is also a little bit difficult using these until you can wear down the edges to get product in contact with your lips. I would probably not purchase these again. I am a SallyAnder fan, but disappointed with this particular product.
